Mindy L. Hitchcock is the founder and managing attorney at Lady4Justice, PLLC. She has worked in the legal sector in Michigan for over three decades and prides herself on her holistic approach. Mindy believes in working towards a win-win solution whenever possible and aggressively litigating whenever necessary. Recognizing that family law is deeply personal, Mindy is committed to providing her clients with compassionate counsel that can be tailored to suit their needs and interests.
Mindy attended Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, MI. Prior to attending law school, Mindy graduated from Wayne State University summa cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Spanish, and was inducted as a lifelong member of Phi Beta Kappa, Gamma Chapter of Michigan for her scholarship.
Since graduating from law school, Mindy has been committing to achieving remarkable results for her clients. She has written numerous family law articles in court and local newspapers and utilized her skills to develop some of the most unique solutions to some of the most difficult problems people face in family court today. These include the Family Transition Plan and the No Parent Left Behind Plan, both aimed at reducing the financial and emotional burden of spending time in court.
Education
Mindy graduated from Wayne State University in 1982, summa cum laude, with a Bachelors Degree in Communication and a minor in Spanish, and was inducted as a lifelong member of Phi Beta Kappa, Gamma Chapter of Michigan for her scholarship. She went on to graduate from Wayne State University Law School in 1985, the same law school her twins later graduated from.
