What Is Total Client Support?

Our Mission at LADY4JUSTICE PLLC is to provide our clients with total client support. Going through a divorce can be like white-water rafting; you never know what twists and turns the trip will take. And you don't want to do it alone. No matter what happens in your case, we want you to know that you have a strong and capable attorney on your side who cares about you.

What exactly does this mean to you?

• Telephone calls: You can call your attorney twice a week (up to 30 minutes) to discuss your feelings or concerns, at no charge to you. Your attorney, or a staff member, will return your calls within 24 hours or less.
• E-support: Twice a week you can communicate with your attorney by email to share questions or concerns you may have and receive a response, at no charge to you, within 24 hours.
• Lost paperwork: Lose copies of documents we sent you? Let us know and we'll send you out a second copy at no additional charge. (Please note: this does not mean an entire file! Just a document or two you may have misplaced.)
• Tax deductible fees: Some parts of your attorney fees are tax deductible. We will provide you with an itemized breakdown of tax deductible fees at no additional charge so you can claim those fees on your income tax returns. This may generate a tax refund for you.
• Closing ceremonies: Divorce, like graduation, bar mitzvahs, and marriage, is a rite of passage. For interested clients we provide information on closing ceremonies that are available to symbolically finalize the divorce process.
• CD's and Booklets: We offer CD's on topics that will help you through the divorce process, such as meditations to reduce your fear of going to court, or to release negative emotions about your spouse. We also offer booklets designed to take you from break-up to breakthrough.
• Win-Win approach: Our first choice is always the holistic solution. At all times we will proactively seek resolution for the highest good of all concerned. In collaborative law cases this means we only seek the settlement solution; no court.
• Fighting for You: But in those rare cases where a fight is necessary, we are ready, willing, and able to take on any challenge on your behalf. There is a pitbull in every lawyer. We just keep ours chained out back until needed.
