You've got your online forms all printed, and you just need to be pointed in the right direction. Maybe you have a couple of questions. If so, contact us to register for Walk Through Wednesday. For $50 per person, you can come to our office on Wednesday afternoon for a two hour class that walks you through the process. Join other do-it-yourselfers to ask basic logistics questions. Bring your paperwork and a list of questions! (Some questions may require private consultation; this class is for procedural questions only.)
- Legal Service Packages: LADY4JUSTICE offers legal services purchased as a block of time at special Stimulus Prices. Depending on your needs, you can get documents expertly prepared, Support Guidelines run, and access to an attorney on an "as needed" basis rather than for the entire case. This option is ideal for couples with children and support issues, and minimal assets. A little bit of protection now can make a world of difference later, when the dust has settled and you move forward to live out the terms of your Judgment of Divorce. A free telephone consultation will enable us to advise you of the number of hours you will probably need to purchase. We can also provide you with legal courier service to save you the trouble of filing and serving the paperwork yourself.
- Full Service: LADY4JUSTICE has always been a full service firm, providing support from start to finish for all of its clients. We are happy to continue offering this kind of support pursuant to our standard retainer agreements. This option is for couples with custody and support issues, and more significant assets. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and it is wise to make sure your case is handled right from the start, rather than spending thousands of dollars to try and correct it later. (Hint: Absent fraud, it is almost impossible to undo a bad Judgment once it has been entered by the court.)
